My name is Lasma and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (Prof Dip Psy C) and accredited registrant of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc).  

I am based in West Sussex. I work with my clients over video call, which means I can provide my counselling services all through the UK. I am dedicated to helping individuals find their emotional balance and creating a healthy relationship with their inner self. 

I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and life transitions. Additionally, I am skilled in helping clients with self-esteem, confidence building and stress management. 

Our approach to counselling is person-centred and holistic, integrating techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy. We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without being judged.
